Dust Bunnies

My client told me she was floundering in a way that she’d never experienced before. She was emotional and couldn’t find her way. These are her words.

She'd lost sight of what was possible, and it was showing up in every aspect of her life.

She now sees how she was weaponizing her thoughts against herself.

She’s learned the process of clearing the cobwebs to tame her emotions.

She's now more decided on what she wants and it's made a massive impact on her life.

Each of us has 60,000 thoughts a day.

Most of them sit in the subconscious mind, and most of those thoughts are negative.

Negative thoughts don’t come from circumstance (people, job, partnership), but from the thoughts you create about the circumstance.

Those 60k thoughts create a lack of clarity that shows up in confusion, blame and unproductive self-critiques.

How do you make sense of all of those thoughts?

My client believes that she has a greater sense of awareness and control over her emotional response at work and at home. She credits the process we worked on for how she manages difficult situations now with more ease.

When you
see your thoughts
listen for what they reveal
and learn to let go of those not serving you,
you begin to start creating the ones that will
change your life and help you control your future.

I once heard on Brooke Castillo’s podcast, that getting under the 60k thoughts is like cleaning out your closet. Removing all of pants, shirts, belts and shoes and placing them on your bed. From there, you can decide which clothes to give away, which to put back in a more organized way, and which ones to BURN.

Now think about all of those clothing items as thoughts. Removing them from your mind and putting them out there for you to view and to decide which ones to keep and which ones to burn.

With organized thoughts

More clarity

Less emotion

Better decision making faster.

It’s like deconstructing and then reconstructing your thoughts by design.

What’s left when all of the items are removed from your closet?

Dust bunnies. It doesn’t matter how often you clean your closet; the dust bunnies are always there. You know how good it feels when the dust bunnies are gone and your closet is cleaned. Think about how easy it is to get dressed now.

Apply that to your thoughts. Imagine how much easier it will be to get through the meeting, the pitch, the week.

Create order to the internal chaos of your mind and life opens up: you begin to see your future in your thoughts.

Success is right inside you. Those 60K thoughts are golden nuggets simply in need of some polishing.

You are one thought away from everything you want. Reach out to me.
