Even though the news is an unimaginable daily nightmare…. and we are buckled in for a longer ride than we could’ve ever imagined….. we are responsible for how we show up each day (like it or not).

Some days it feels insurmountable….and on those days it is. How many times have you thought you can’t wait for 2020 to be over? It’s a daily script in my head, but I’ve got work to do and people to support. I get centered each day by asking myself: How do I want to show up today?

We may not be able to change the pandemic or our current circumstances but we can change how we react to them. Recognizing, owning and reacting to the things in our control helps bring predictability back, gives us a focus, pushes us forward, and can produce some much needed movement towards the things that lift us up and make us better.

This will be a December to remember. Let’s see the good that we can create this holiday season. Answer these questions to stay positive, help you focus on and give you the momentum to soar into 2021!

“You never change things by fighting the existing reality.

To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”

Buckminster Fuller

Let’s make the choice to show up as strong as possible even when it feels unsurmountable.

“If you want to travel quickly, go alone. If you want to travel far, go with a group.”

African proverb

Do not go it alone. Let’s go far together. Find your group, find your tribe, friend or Coach.
